Hello, I am Gerardo,

Currently a 3rd grade elementary school student. I have a wonderful, loving, and supportive family. My dad started an international business and is an engineer in construction. My mom is a novelist. Because of the influence of my parents, in my world, creativity and structure come together as one. I also have a wonderful little brother, Esteban. We always play together.

I am a dedicated student who loves to learn new things. My favorite subject is mathematics, and I am currently part of the chess and creative writing club. I love to read and play the piano. I think music is really cool, and so important.

I also love sports such as playing soccer, golf, and water-skiing during summer. One of my favorite activities is running and biking. I just ran the Armadillo Run 5K! It was so much fun!

I also have a lot of hobbies, reading, listening to music, playing video games, drawing, and assembling my Legos. This year we built three cars to decorate my room.

I also have had the opportunity to be in community service at the Houston Food Bank, helping clean a shore and in reforestation projects.

I have a good life, and I’m grateful for my family, my teachers, and my friends!
